
LEDC is a non-profit organization that was established in 1985 to provide local economic development programs and initiatives. LEDC not only works to attract and retain new businesses, it also facilitates the expansion and development of existing businesses in order to achieve sustainable growth and improve the economic well-being of Laramie and Albany County citizens. LEDC works closely with the city, county, and state government, the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming Technology Business Center, the University of Wyoming, and numerous other business resources to identify funding sources and create primary jobs.
