The Renewable Energy Alliance of Landowners and the High Plains Economic Development District are hosting an informational session on the wind energy in this region of Wyoming. We will look at benefits and issues regarding wind energy, and discuss how this affects property rights, the county and state tax base, potential job creation and the overall impact in the region.
