Laramie River Business Park I

Laramie Regional Airport Professional Airpark and Research Center (PARC)

The Laramie Regional Airport is developing a 100-acre business park under a special Airport Enterprise Zone. PARC is being developed on the airport property about 5 miles west of downtown but still within city limits. The PARC will be fully developed with water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, telecommunications fiber conduit, and all access roads by summer 2010. The Turner Tract is the result of Laramie's desire to create an attractive and exciting live-work environment with a variety of mixed-use spaces.
